77th Emmy Nominations!

The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, with Nate Bargatze serving as host and CBS and Paramount+ airing the event. The ceremony will honor outstanding achievements in American television from the eligibility period of June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

  • Where to watch: The ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS and will stream on Paramount+.
Key nominees
Leading the nominations for the 77th Emmys are the following series:
  • Severance: The Apple TV+ drama leads all programs with 27 total nominations.
  • The Penguin: The HBO Max limited series earned 24 nominations.
  • The Studio: The Apple TV+ comedy, a newcomer this year, received 23 nominations.
  • The White Lotus: The HBO drama picked up 10 nominations in major categories.
Additional awards
The Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony is preceded by the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which recognize artistic and technical achievements. 
  • Creative Arts Emmy Awards: These awards will be presented on September 6 and 7, with a broadcast airing on FXX on September 13.
  • Juried winners: Some Creative Arts Emmy winners, including Beyoncé for costumes for Beyoncé Bowl, have already been announced by the Television Academy.
  • Bob Hope Humanitarian Award: Actors Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen will receive this award for their “lifetime of extraordinary philanthropy”.
