NZME
NZME is on the hunt for a highly organized, people-savvy Studio Operations Co-ordinator to help our award-winning Creative team do what they do best — create!
Sitting at the epicenter of our commercial and marketing design projects, you’ll be the engine behind our creative workflow. That means planning timelines, prioritizing briefs, tracking projects, wrangling freelancers, and most importantly, keeping everyone humming along smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end creative workflow — from scoping to delivery
- Coordinating briefs and keeping key stakeholders up to speed
- Overseeing systems, reporting, and creative resource allocation
- Supporting our team of designers to hit deadlines with ease
- Spotting process improvements and driving efficiencies
- Acting as a trusted right hand to our Group Creative Director
What you’ll bring:
- An always positive, can-do, will-do, did-do attitude
- Ninja-level organizational and time management skills
- An eye for detail and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Proven experience in workflow management or studio coordination
- Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Microsoft Office (bonus if you know Adobe Suite too!)
- A love of collaboration — you’ll be supporting, coaching and uplifting others
Why you’ll love it here:
At NZME, we’re all about keeping Kiwis in the know and staying Connected, Curious and Confident. You’ll be joining a high-energy, future-focused team with a shared passion for excellence, innovation and creative impact. Plus, you’ll get to work in a vibrant environment where every day brings new challenges — and big wins.
Your workplace will be in central Auckland in a modern well-equipped office that boasts radio studios, newsroom hubs, multiple breakout areas and our popular iHeart Lounge that hosts a variety of internal events. You’ll have access to a range of discounted products and services, development opportunities and be a key member of a high performing team!
If you’re a natural organizer with a passion for creative collaboration, apply now and be part of something bigger.
