Seeking a dedicated Production Assistant for the upcoming independent short film “The Silent Crisis,” a powerful and socially-driven story that highlights the disparity in urgency and media coverage when Black children go missing in America. The film is scheduled to shoot April 26 – May 1, 2025 in Newport News, VA.

PA Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with on-set logistics and crew support
• Managing call sheets, paperwork, and runs
• Helping with talent coordination
• Supporting the production team in day-to-day needs on set

Details:

• Rate: $100/day
• Meals: Provided on set (craft and second meal)
• Hours: 10–12 hour shoot days
• Location: Newport News, VA
• Lodging/Travel: Not provided – local hires preferred
