About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Video Editor with a passion for film to join us at our London HQ. You will be joining an award-winning team to create theatrical trailers, TV spots, and social assets for MUBI film releases. You will be working alongside our in-house designers as well as cross-functional teams to produce world-class creative.
Where you’ll have impact:
- Conceptualization, creative development and execution of social spots, cutdowns, teasers and trailers
- Assist on theatrical release campaigns with versioning and adapting for a variety of outputs (theatrical, social, broadcast, OOH)
- Work to briefs and collaborate with our in-house design team whilst being receptive to feedback from various stakeholders.
- Ability to ideate and pitch fresh ideas
- Champion innovation – learn, apply and test new creative practices.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in editorial / post-production with a focus in entertainment – must include samples of work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong sense of narrative structure, rhythm, and visual composition.
- Ability to self-manage and organise workload around tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback
- Impeccable attention to detail with an interest in the technical aspects of editing, a good eye for composition, and an keen ear for sound design
- A team player– comfortable working independently and collaborating with others
