Gaffer needed for indie feature – November 7-14 – Paid, Hampton Virginia

Kaypun Scripted is looking for a skilled and passionate Gaffer to join the crew of our upcoming feature film, “Konkr3te Rose.” PREFERABLY LOCAL to 757/804 area of Virginia, travel not included. However if needed, Stay at the Airbnb is available if needed.

Shoot Dates: November 7–14, 2025
Schedule: 10–14 hour days/nights as needed
Rate: $250–$300/day + deferred pay
Location: Hampton, VA

Ideal Candidate:
Available for the full duration of the shoot
Experienced and knowledgeable in film lighting
Focused, dependable, and collaborative on set
Owns lighting equipment (preferred), but we also have gear available
Committed to visual storytelling and cinematic excellence
