Creative BC
Creative Pathways™ opens doors to B.C.’s motion picture industry. Whether you’re looking to get in front of decision-makers, land your first production job, or build your network, this platform is designed to support your next step.
Across many industries, including film and television, there’s a growing call for more inclusive hiring and authentic representation. B.C.’s motion picture industry is answering that call. From the stories we tell to the people who tell them—on set, behind the camera, or in post—there’s a collective commitment to building a workforce that better reflects the diversity of our province.
Creative Pathways™ features both open streams for all British Columbians and equity streams for people from systemically excluded communities. The Opportunities section is updated in real time with jobs and training. Look for Setwork and Meet 10, our two key equity programs that help new talent connect with hirers and get on set.
Creative Pathways™ offers a strategic collaborative framework to support equity-focused actions, including connecting interested job seekers to hirers. If you are an industry leader ready to champion a dynamic motion picture workforce that is equitable, diverse, and inclusive, get in touch and learn how we can help.
