Seeking Full-Time Producer at Moore (Tulsa, OK)

As a Producer, you will serve as a pivotal member of the creative production team and be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating impactful video content that brings awareness and raises funds for nonprofit organizations. This includes PSAs, CTV spots, and DRTV programs.

This is a hybrid position out of our office in Tulsa, OK. The compensation range is $50,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

This role combines the strategic oversight of a Creative Manager with the logistical expertise of a Producer. The Producer serves as the primary liaison between the Creative Director/Lead and the production and post-production teams, ensuring all creative deliverables align with campaign goals, are executed efficiently, and meet client expectations. The Producer facilitates the entire creative process, from story conception and pre-production planning to post- production oversight and final delivery. They are highly skilled in internal and external communications, creative strategy, and quality control, ensuring a seamless workflow across all phases of production.

Moore Media and Digital, a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Leads to understand their vision and translate it into actionable production plans.
• Attend all internal and client meetings to represent creative and production needs.
• Review and assess story concepts, scripts, footage, and creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas, contributing to storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts as needed.
• Work with Creative Leads to research and select compelling stories and relevant content.
• Organize and review footage, transcripts, and creative materials to prepare for production.
• Collaborate with project managers on production schedules, budgets, and adjustments based on feedback or scope changes.
• Coordinate pre-production needs such as VO artist auditions, shot lists, and client approvals.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines, logos, and templates to ensure consistency.
• Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring all logistics are in place for filming, including crew size, location, and schedule.
• Act as the main point of contact for the production crew, providing creative direction and ensuring shoots remain on schedule.
• Assist with on-set needs as required.
• Collaborate closely with post-production teams to ensure creative vision is executed effectively, providing guidance and feedback on edits, graphics, music, and sound.
• Review rough cuts and final edits to ensure adherence to the approved script, brand guidelines, and campaign strategy.
• Manage internal and client feedback, consolidating and communicating clear instructions to editors and graphic designers.
• Proof and QC deliverables, including DRTV, CTV, PSAs, digital, and banner ads, to ensure quality standards are met before final delivery.
• Schedule live edit sessions and guide editors on project expectations.
• Act as a liaison between the client and production team, communicating creative/filming status updates.
• Share creative assets, proofs, and final deliverables with clients, following up on revisions and approvals.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring all teams remain aligned on project progress.
• Ensure all final products are on time, and on strategy, delivering exceptional quality that exceeds client expectations.
• Compare final edits to scripts and provide detailed feedback to ensure the original visions is achieved.
• Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure brand guidelines, storytelling standards, and technical requirements are upheld.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in video production, with hands-on experience overseeing shoots from planning through delivery.
• Strong understanding of pre-production, field production, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to support creative leads by helping translate scripts and storyboards into actionable production plans.
• Experience managing production budgets, including crew costs, equipment rentals, and on-set logistics.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and providing input on visual execution without leading overall creative direction.
• Skilled at managing shoot schedules, call sheets, location logistics, and on-set troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with reviewing edits and providing editorial notes that align with the original creative vision.
• Strong communicator with the ability to keep teams aligned across timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Familiarity with production software/tools like Workfront, Frame.io, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Available to travel and occasionally work flexible hours, including on-location shoots.
• Availability to commute to our Tulsa, OK office on a hybrid basis.
