Post Production Coordinator – In‑Office
Atlanta, GA — Must be able to work locally/on‑site

Rate: $1,300 – $1,500 weekly
We are seeking an experienced Post Production Coordinator to support Production and Post Production teams. This in‑office, temporary role requires regular on‑site presence in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and has a solid understanding of television post‑production workflows.
Reports to: Post Production Supervisor and EIC
Responsibilities
- Maintain the air schedule
- Distribute technical documents and guidelines to the post teams
- Manage post‑production schedules and documentation daily
- Interface with Post Supervisor and Editors
- Coordinate meetings and production/post checkpoints
- Organize files in Google Drive; create and update checklists
- Book and set up VO sessions
- Create and upload cue sheets
- Track show graphics and evidence
- Manage credits lists
- QC shows before delivery
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of television post‑production experience
- Familiarity with media file types and common deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and Adobe tools
