Support leadership in planning, coordination, and execution of production, content, or project-based initiatives. Performs wide range of logistical and technical support tasks to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery of materials, and accurate organization of resources. Works collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day support for production, content, or project teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assists with scheduling, tracking, and organizing projects, assets, and documentation.
  • Supports leadership with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Prepares, tracks, and maintains inventories of equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • Orders and maintains office, on-site, and project-related supplies or services.
  • Inputs and maintains inventory records, catalogs, and asset logs.
  • Maintains, organizes, and audits digital and physical files, including project documents, releases, images, and media assets.
  • Uploads, renames, organizes, and archives files according to established standards.
  • Organizes and maintains shared drives, servers, libraries, and research resources.
  • Assists with on-site or on-location activities as needed.
  • Intakes, processes, and prepares materials or content for production or distribution.
  • Assists with editing, formatting, encoding, or preparation of materials as assigned.
  • Coordinates deliveries or distribution of finalized materials to internal or external partners.
  • Assists with vendor communications, invoicing, transcription, and contract-related processing.
  • Prepares reports, tracking sheets, or documentation to support project delivery and compliance.
  • No supervisory/management authority.
  • Work is performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled offices and/or outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Work will require working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Work will require travel, including overnight stays.
  • Work may require lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, communications, or other related field, and one (1) to two (2) years of experience working in production or in the film industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of industry terminology and processes.
  • Knowledge of tribal cultures, divisions and programs preferred.
  • Advanced Knowledge in Mac OS systems.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Excellent resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure effective workflow and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment focused on overall success.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, have a reliable work ethic and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism while directly dealing with all levels of staff, clients and the public.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
