Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a summer 2026 intern for our Global Products and Experiences Department. This intern will be working with closely with our Consumer Products and Games teams to help create, develop, and strategize within our consumer products and interactive ventures business. There will be learning opportunities on various levels for marketing, business development, and creative.
Responsibilities
- Gathering of data and providing research reports for business development materials.
- Researching identified categories in the consumer products space and compiling case studies, industry data, and competitive analysis.
- Play-testing and reviewing interactive media for feedback and coverage.
- Supporting current projects by preparing deck presentations and helping gather creative assets.
- Familiarizing themselves with Lionsgate IP and having the ability to participate in creative discussions for identifying new creative opportunities for the department to pursue.
- Educating themselves in the current trends of the entertainment, games, and consumer products industries and tracking the competitive landscape.
Skills
- Passion for entertainment and pop-culture in a global landscape.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and other emerging new media outlets, as well as key ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Tik Tok Shop.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) as well as KeyNote. Photoshop skills a plus. Gaming PC/Console/Mobile familiarity a plus.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, remain flexible for a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate should be prepared to present a case study at the end of the term of previous work with an explanation of strategy, content development, and general analytics.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
Internship Details
Lionsgate Internship Program – Summer 2026
Program Dates: Tuesday, June 9th – Thursday, August 13th, 2026 (10 Weeks)
The Lionsgate Internship Program is designed to identify, recruit, and develop a diverse group of students that will gain meaningful educational experiences, professional growth, and career opportunities.

All interns are required to attend orientation on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026.
Details
- Interns must not work more than 40 hours per week
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Interns must be current rising juniors through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date)
- Graduate students are eligible to apply
- Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
- All internships are paid
- Most internship positions will require working 4 days in office
