Georgia Entertainment is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, providing support and assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. As a Production Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of production schedules and materials.
- Coordinate logistics for production shoots, including scheduling equipment and personnel.
- Support the production team during shoots and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain and track inventory of production supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to arrange rentals and services as needed.
- Help with post-production tasks, including logging footage and organizing files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience in production is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with production equipment and software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
